The videoassistance allows a customer having a need for specialized assistance to being put in videophonic contact with an adequate support center : he can then shows his problem in order to have a remote assistance very quickly.

Who does this service target?
For these three services, the user's interlocutor could be a close relation, someone working in an association or a professional of home-help services, according to the situation and to the automated and/or configurable decisions.

The customer need to subscribe to our service and to have an internet access and a videophone, a 3G mobile-phone or a computer with webcam.



July 2009: IVèS participates to REACH112 project - Responding to all citizens needing help

REACH112 (Responding to all citizens needing help) is a project partially funded by the European Commission under the ICT PSP CIP programme gathering 22 partners from all over Europe, including user organisations and major global telecommunications companies. In five countries, it will deploy a new text/voice/video communication solution to allow thousands of people to communicate in video, voice and text simultaneously, with special focus on disabled people. The project will offer access to relay services to help connect users with different abilities to others and will also provide access to the emergency services.
