How does it work?

A real estate agent equipped with a camera, a phone and a case of retransmission, makes a visit on line of the real estate. Using their computer, customers connect themselves on the Web page and can follow the visit. They guide the agent speaking to him with a SIP headphone or a simple phone. Thanks to this service, the visitors discover the place as if they were there, and they pilot the agent where they want. Being based on the mobile networks of 2,5 and 3rd generation, this service allows a real estate agent or a salesman to make visit a place to several people at the same time.

With this service IVèS wishes to bring proximity (interactivity, real-time) between the agency and the customers.
